Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, protein powder, almond flour, oats, maple syrup, and egg.
  3. Add pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour batter into muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
