Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, protein powder, almond flour, oats, maple syrup, and egg.
- Add pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
