- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Balsamic glaze for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until Brussels sprouts are tender and crispy.
- Serve immediately. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispy Brussels sprouts, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
