- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add milk and stir until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- While cauliflower is cooking, whisk together buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
- Remove cauliflower from air fryer and toss with buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes, or until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy cauliflower, spray with cooking oil before the second cook.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
