Description

Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is a quick and easy recipe. You get crispy, spicy cauliflower in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add milk and stir until smooth.
  4. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Place battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes.
  7. While cauliflower is cooking, whisk together buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
  8. Remove cauliflower from air fryer and toss with buffalo sauce mixture.
  9. Return cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes, or until crispy.
  10. Serve immediately.
