Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh okra, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the okra into 1/2-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the okra with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy okra, soak it in buttermilk for 30 minutes before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
