Description

Crispy and delicious okra made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh okra, washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the okra into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss the okra with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • For extra crispy okra, soak it in buttermilk for 30 minutes before air frying.
