Description

Easy to make almond flour bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
