- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add nuts or seeds to the bread for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
