Ingredients

- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mashed avocado, and chopped red onion.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- Add celery or cucumber for extra crunch.
- Use lime juice instead of lemon juice.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps.
