- 1 pound bok choy, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes until softened.
- Add bok choy, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry for 5 minutes until bok choy is tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately.
