Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add bok choy, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until bok choy is tender-crisp.
  6. Serve immediately.
