- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of protein powder you like.
- For a sweeter biscuit, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar to the dry ingredients.
- Serve with your favorite toppings, such as jam, honey, or butter.
