Ingredients

- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon tomato mixture over toasted baguette slices.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add mozzarella cheese for extra flavor.
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
