Description

Easy and flavorful bruschetta dip, perfect for parties or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon tomato mixture over toasted baguette slices.
