Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 4 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Nori seaweed, cut into strips, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice according to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine imitation crab, avocado, and cucumber.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Add the dressing to the crab mixture and stir gently.
- Place the cooked sushi rice in a bowl.
- Top with the crab mixture.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking.
- Add other toppings such as pickled ginger or wasabi.
- Use real crab meat for a richer flavor.
