Cauliflower Buffalo Bites are a tasty vegetarian alternative to traditional buffalo wings.

			- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add water and mix until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets in batter, coating evenly.
- Place florets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a bowl, combine buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
- Toss baked cauliflower in sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy bites, broil for the last few minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
