Description

Cauliflower Buffalo Bites are a tasty vegetarian alternative to traditional buffalo wings.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add water and mix until smooth.
  4. Dip cauliflower florets in batter, coating evenly.
  5. Place florets on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. In a bowl, combine buffalo wing sauce and melted butter.
  8. Toss baked cauliflower in sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.
