Description
Deconstructed cheeseburger served in a bowl. Enjoy all the flavors of a cheeseburger without the bun.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
- Optional: Burger bun croutons
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet with the onion and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the beef with the sauce mixture.
- In individual bowls, layer lettuce, beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Add burger bun croutons if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Add other toppings such as bacon or avocado.
