- 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 8 ounces macaroni pasta
- 4 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook steak, onion, and bell pepper over medium-high heat until steak is browned and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and stir in cheddar and provolone cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni and steak mixture to the cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.

- You can use different types of cheese based on your preference.
