Description

Quick and easy Cheesy Summer Squash Gratin. It is perfect for a simple side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium summer squash, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together summer squash, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
