Description

Make delicious chocolate covered strawberry skewers. This recipe is easy and fun for all ages.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries
  • 34 Cups Allergy-Free Chocolate(s)
  • 45 Wooden Kabob Sticks
  • Rainbow Confetti Sprinkles (Optional)
  • Allergy-free White Chocolate (Optional)
  • Shredded Coconut (Optional)
  • Chopped Seeds or Nuts (Optional)
  • Fun-Shaped or Colored Sprinkles (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove green top leaves from clean strawberries.
  2. Thread about 4 strawberries onto each wooden kabob stick. Leave last strawberry covering the pointy end.
  3. Melt your choice of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, mixing between times until melted).
  4. Roll and coat your strawberry sticks in the melted chocolate.
  5. Place upright and add optional decorations before the chocolate dries. If drizzling adding chocolate, wait for the first layer of chocolate to dry.
  6. Store the finished sticks in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
