Make delicious chocolate covered strawberry skewers. This recipe is easy and fun for all ages.

- 1 lb Fresh Strawberries
- 3–4 Cups Allergy-Free Chocolate(s)
- 4–5 Wooden Kabob Sticks
- Rainbow Confetti Sprinkles (Optional)
- Allergy-free White Chocolate (Optional)
- Shredded Coconut (Optional)
- Chopped Seeds or Nuts (Optional)
- Fun-Shaped or Colored Sprinkles (Optional)
Instructions
- Remove green top leaves from clean strawberries.
- Thread about 4 strawberries onto each wooden kabob stick. Leave last strawberry covering the pointy end.
- Melt your choice of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, mixing between times until melted).
- Roll and coat your strawberry sticks in the melted chocolate.
- Place upright and add optional decorations before the chocolate dries. If drizzling adding chocolate, wait for the first layer of chocolate to dry.
- Store the finished sticks in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
