Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of maple syrup to your desired sweetness.
- You can add other ingredients like dried fruit or seeds.
- For extra crunch, toast the nuts before adding them to the mixture.
