Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
