Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
