- 8 slices vegetarian bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook vegetarian bacon until crispy and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier salad, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing.
- You can substitute the vegetarian bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
