Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
