- 1 pound Italian sausage, removed from casings
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
