Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan butter)
  • Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by mixing buffalo wing sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  7. Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to the bowl with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
