- 2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan butter)
- Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the battered cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by mixing buffalo wing sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to the bowl with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
