Description

Easy and flavorful turkey breast recipe made in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6-8 pound) boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Rub turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder.
  2. Place turkey breast in a slow cooker.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the turkey breast.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
