Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Divide lettuce among four bowls.
