Ingredients

  • 1 box white or vanilla cake mix (plus eggs, oil, and water)
  • Food coloring (pink, blue, green, purple)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • Easter sprinkles
  • Mini chocolate eggs (optional)
  • Marshmallow Peeps (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Prepare cake mix. Divide batter into 4 bowls.
  3. Add food coloring to each bowl and mix.
  4. Spoon batter into pan to create a tie-dye effect. Swirl colors.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Poke holes in cake.
  7. Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour pudding over cake.
  9. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  10. Spread Cool Whip over cake.
  11. Sprinkle with Easter sprinkles. Add decorations.
