Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, and nuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until granola is crisp and golden brown.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Add chocolate chips after baking for extra chocolate flavor.
- Granola can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
