Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly flour your countertop and unroll the puff pastry.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pastry evenly.
- Cut the pastry into strips about 1 inch wide and twist each strip two to three times.
- Place twisted pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Whisk the egg with vanilla extract and brush over the twists for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
