Quick and delicious salmon tacos with a creamy and crunchy slaw.
Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 12 corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through. Flake with a fork.
- In a bowl, combine cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm tortillas.
- Fill each tortilla with flaked salmon and creamy slaw.
- Add desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- For spicier tacos, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the salmon or slaw.
- You can grill or pan-fry the salmon instead of baking.
