Description

A simple and delicious sausage and potato meal, perfect for a quick and easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes, onion, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Add sausage slices to the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
