- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 2 pounds potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes, onion, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Add sausage slices to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to add other vegetables, such as carrots or zucchini.
