Instructions

- In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Add sausage slices to the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
