- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a diced jalapeño.
- You can use frozen corn instead of canned. Thaw and drain it before using.
