Description
Quick and easy tuna pasta salad with a dill pickle twist. Perfect for a light lunch or potluck.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces pasta
- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, celery, red onion, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add cooked pasta to the bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of pasta you like.
- For a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise.
- Adjust the amount of dill pickle relish to your taste.
