Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  4. Add melted butter and egg to the yeast mixture.

  6. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin.
  7. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
