Description
This is a cool and refreshing tzatziki sauce, perfect with grilled meats or as a dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber, squeeze out excess liquid, and place in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a smoother sauce, use a food processor.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and lemon juice to your taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
