Description

This is a cool and refreshing tzatziki sauce, perfect with grilled meats or as a dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber, squeeze out excess liquid, and place in a bowl.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled.
