Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • Your favorite hamburger dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  3. In a separate skillet, sauté onion and green bell pepper in olive oil until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pickle slices, cooked ground beef, and sautéed vegetables.
  5. Drizzle with your favorite hamburger dressing and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
