Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and egg noodles. Cook until noodles are tender, about 8 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, parsley, and dill. Heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
