Description
Make frozen Greek yogurt peanut butter bites. This recipe is a healthy and delicious treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare your freezer.
- Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or prepare silicone molds.
- Portion out tablespoon-sized bites onto tray or into molds.
- Place tray or mold in freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from tray or mold and serve immediately, or store in airtight container.
Notes
- Adjust honey or maple syrup to your preferred sweetness.
- Use any type of chocolate chips you like.
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
