Description

Quick and flavorful dish featuring green beans and kielbasa.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add green beans to the skillet and toss to coat. Cook for 3 minutes.
