Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
