- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, eggs, olive oil, and water.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Slice only when completely cool to prevent crumbling.
