Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, eggs, olive oil, and water.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
