- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of cooked rice.
- For a healthier option, use low-fat cream of mushroom soup.
- Add vegetables, such as peas or carrots, to the mixture.
