Enjoy guilt-free churro bites made easily in your air fryer. These are a healthier alternative to traditional fried churros.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a ball forms.
- Let cool slightly, then beat in the egg until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Pipe 2-inch strips of dough into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- Roll the churro bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract to the dough.
- Serve with chocolate sauce or caramel dip.
