- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, apple cider, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use different types of breadcrumbs.
- Add a glaze made from apple cider vinegar and maple syrup for extra flavor.
