Description

These healthy apple cider turkey meatballs are a delicious and easy meal. They combine lean ground turkey with the sweetness of apple cider for a flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
