Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato, mashed
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato.
  3. Add almond flour, oat flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
