Ingredients

- 3 bananas, peeled and halved
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 6 popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Insert popsicle sticks into the flat end of each banana half.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt and vanilla extract.
- Dip each banana into the yogurt mixture, coating completely.
- Place yogurt-covered bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add mini chocolate chips for eyes.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas for best results.
- You can add food coloring to the yogurt for different colored ghosts.
- Store frozen pops in a freezer bag for up to a week.
