Description

Create spooky and healthy Halloween treats with these Yogurt Banana Ghost Pops.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 bananas, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Insert popsicle sticks into the flat end of each banana half.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt and vanilla extract.
  3. Dip each banana into the yogurt mixture, coating completely.
  4. Place yogurt-covered bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Add mini chocolate chips for eyes.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas for best results.
  • You can add food coloring to the yogurt for different colored ghosts.
  • Store frozen pops in a freezer bag for up to a week.
