Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
