- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
