Instructions
- Gently rinse and dry the pumpkin blossoms.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully open each blossom and fill with the cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the filled blossoms in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
