Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced apple, cottage cheese, eggs, oats, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
