Make high protein peanut butter Greek yogurt bites. These frozen treats are simple and satisfying.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Stir until smooth and well-combined.
- Line a plate with parchment paper.
- Scoop yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper to make 6 bites.
- Freeze for 10-20 minutes until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to coat.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional).
- Place coated bites in the fridge to set completely.
- Serve and enjoy.

- Powdered peanut butter adds extra peanut butter flavor.
