Description

Make high protein peanut butter Greek yogurt bites. These frozen treats are simple and satisfying.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Line a plate with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper to make 6 bites.
  5. Freeze for 10-20 minutes until solid.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  7. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional).
  9. Place coated bites in the fridge to set completely.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
