Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
