- 5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and return to pot.
- Add heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in parsley.
- Serve hot.
